HR Manager

Job Summary

We are inviting an experienced HR Manager to join and strengthen our Human Resources team and diversify our experience. On this role you will handle our Lviv based team and act as a People Partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage HR processes, operate like People Partner for Ring Ukraine Lviv based team
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, provides guidance and/or resolves complex employee relations issues
  • Participate in performance review meetings and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
  • Support line managers and division leaders in building and optimizing HR function in their teams
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of HR working experience
  • Successful working experience in companies size 50+, international IT companies are highly preferable
  • Proved examples of building trust and partner-relationships
  • Experience of working with HRIS
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • High ethical standards
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
