Inventory Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a self-organized, proactive, and enthusiastic person with a finance background to join us as an Inventory Specialist. To perform well we expect you to be familiar with primary accounting documents and be picky about numerals. You will own several projects and take part in building the whole inventory function.

Responsibilities and Skills

  • Use computerized inventory software to record, track, and maintain all inventory related data
  • Ensure the goods procured and actual inventory is matched up
  • Produce inventory reports
  • Inform manager on any discrepancies
  • Take part in the annual inventory process

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in international companies as Accountant / Inventory specialist / Economist / Auditor
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel
  • Experience with 1C, Ginstr would be a plus
  • BS/MS degree in accounting, finance or economics would be a plus
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with team members
  • Organizational skills, attentiveness to details, keeping deadlines and ability to multitask
  • Ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices
  • Good written and spoken English
