C++/Embedded Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for C++ Engineer with great embedded experience, who will work as a part of our research team working on cutting-edge technologies and prototypes. We have a huge amount of work to do and need all your best skills and experience in writing high-quality code, customizing firmware and deploying it to prototype devices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building sensor evaluating prototype
  • Porting and benchmarking common code and math models to ARM
  • Developing and implementing signal processing algorithms
  • Exploring new hardware and software platforms
  • Developing energy-efficient solutions
  • Writing brand new code in C/C++ for embedded Linux and RTOS (TNKernel etc)  applications

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of commercial development experience
  • MS or BS in Computer Science
  • Strong C/C++ knowledge and CS fundamentals
  • Knowledge of Linux development: IPC; multithreading; commonly used libraries and interfaces such as STL, boost; TCP/IP networking
  • Knowledge of ARM architecture and NEON coprocessor
  • Cross platform development, code optimization skills
  • Good written and spoken English

  • Digital signal processing experience
  • Linux kernel and device drivers knowledge
  • Hardware knowledge and principles understanding
  • MSP430 knowledge
  • Embedded devices complex issues debugging experience
