HR Manager

Job Summary

We are inviting an experienced HR Manager to join and strengthen our Human Resources team and diversify our experience. On this role you will handle one of the company divisions and act as a People Partner responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Moreover, you will have a possibility to streamline the number of internal projects, help optimise our existing processes and build new ones in order to bring value to our teams. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to

  • Manage HR processes, operate like People Partner in company's dedicated division
  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, provides guidance and/or resolves complex employee relations issues
  • Participate in performance review meetings and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers
  • Support line managers and division leaders in building and optimising HR function in their teams
  • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Lead on a specific HR direction across the company, like Training and Development programs, Coaching practices, HR analytics, Employer Branding, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of HR working experience. Previous recruitment background will be helpful
  • Successful working experience in companies size 100+, international companies and IT sector is a plus
  • Proved examples of building trust and partner-relationships
  • Experience of working with HRIS
  • Strong communication skills, ability to negotiate and influence
  • High ethical standards
  • Advanced level of written and spoken English
