HR Assistant

Job Summary

We are inviting an HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. HR Assistant is a person who handles the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. The HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our Human Resources Information System (HRIS.) We are looking for a hard-working, diligent, active person who is eager to learn and develop in HR. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintaining HRIS by updating and entering data in a timely manner
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Preparing new team-members files
  • Participating in onboarding process
  • Answering routine team members’ queries 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1+ years of HR working experience or internship in a multinational company is desired
  • Solid understanding of MS Office, proficient Excel user
  • Good written and spoken English 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and keep deadlines
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personnel issues is a must
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills: accuracy is essential
  • Flexible and proactive attitude
