Job Summary

As a Personal Assistant, you will be in charge of miscellaneous interesting tasks and requests from your manager. You will have a unique chance to learn a lot from and to communicate with a huge number of people. We are looking for a passionate, challenge-oriented person who is always willing to help.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Providing administrative and organizational support
  • Managing calendar and organizing meetings and appointments
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important meetings
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous personal tasks

Qualifications and Skills

  • Tact and discretion
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask, time management
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Flexible and proactive
  • Good oral and written communication skills, networking
  • Similar previous experience would be a plus
