IQ Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

As an Image Quality Technical Program Manager, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and bring to market innovative consumer electronics products and services. You will work closely with an internal interdisciplinary team and outside partners to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, and test. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. The ideal candidate has current and extensive experience in developing embedded systems in both engineering and managerial capacities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working in consumer electronics environment
  • In-depth expertise in signal, image and video processing algorithms
  • Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
  • Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets
  • Experience in photography and fluency in high end DSLR or similar equipment   

 

Nice to have

 

  • PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of experience doing hands-on development and management in embedded software
  • Experience in working on Image Quality Tuning or relevant Camera or Image Sensor technologies
  • Good understanding of objective and subjective video and image quality metrics and tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data analysis and debugging skills
  • Experience with RTOS, Embed Linux and Android
  • Excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
